ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JEFFON SUGGS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 100116 AND 963679.

WHEREAS: Jeffon Suggs has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS: Jeffon Suggs has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Jeffon Suggs has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 100116 AND 963679 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jeffon Suggs will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 100116 and 963679.
