ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DANIELLE TATE-HAMER ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 92088 AND 99852

WHEREAS, Danielle Tate-Hamer has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Danielle Tate-Hamer has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Danielle Tate-Hamer has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 92088 and 99852 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Danielle Tate-Hamer will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 92088 and 99852.
