ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF VICENTE AYALA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 80792, 52857, 52858, 53031, 53032, 53043, AND 53044

WHEREAS, Vicente Ayala has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Vicente Ayala has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Vicente Ayala has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 80792, 52857, 52858, 53031, 53032, 53043, and 53044 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Vicente Ayala will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 80792, 52857, 52858, 53031, 53032, 53043, and 53044.
