WHEREAS: Ms. Morrell has two motor vehicle tax accounts; and

WHEREAS: Ms. Morrell did not know that she had these accounts; and

WHEREAS: Ms. Morrell is 100% disabled; and

WHEREAS: Ms. Morrell is asking for assistance with this account.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest and fees on accounts 90374 and 84662 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the tax on account 90374 be reduced to $34.27 and the tax on account 84662 be reduced to $190.22.
