ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF RONALD CONLEY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 824086, 824087, 910649, AND 927810.

Body

WHEREAS: Ronald Conley has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and

WHEREAS: Ronald Conley wants to pay these tax bills; and

WHEREAS: Ronald Conley is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the all the interest and fees for account numbers 824086, 824087, 910649, and 927810 be forgiven and the total tax due be adjusted to be a total of $800.00.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ronald Conley will pay the $800 taxes less the interest fees within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the total taxes, interest and feet shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 824086, 824087, 910649, and 927810.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that within this period the Kia that Mr. Conley currently owns shall be added to the no tax no tow list.
