WHEREAS: Deliverance Temple Pentecostal Church failed to submit the quadrennial tax-exempt form to the Assessor’s office, and
WHEREAS: Deliverance Temple Pentecostal Church has been taxed for the GL 2019 tax year, and
WHEREAS: Deliverance Temple Pentecostal Church is asking for assistance with this account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest on account number 7961 be forgiven.
