ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DONALD DOWARD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 712142, 578291, AND 745029.

WHEREAS: Mr. Doward has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Doward wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Doward is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 712142, 578291, and 745029 be forgiven.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Donald Doward will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 712142, 578291, and 745029.
