WHEREAS: Ms. Timmone has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Ms. Timmone wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Ms. Timmone is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 738769 be forgiven.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Donna L. Timmone will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax account 738769.
