WHEREAS: Ms. Shanitha Davis has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Ms. Shanitha Davis wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Ms. Shanitha Davis is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers: ##657567, #676762 and #693386 be forgiven.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Shanitha Davis will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts: #657567, #676762 and #693386.
