WHEREAS: The 180 Center Street Corporation purchased property located at 438 East Street, in October 2019, and
WHEREAS: The 180 Center Street Corporation filed their Tax-Exempt Property in October 2019, too late to affect their GL 2019 Grand List, and
WHEREAS: The 180 Center Street Corporation property located at 438 East Street was taxed for the Grand List 2019, and
WHEREAS: The 180 Center Street Corporation has requested assistance from the Board of Alders.
NOW THERFORE LET IT BE ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that taxes on account number 10568 taxes be reduced to $4,661.16 and the interest be forgiven.
