ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF KENDALL HURSE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS: #75406 AND #87398.

WHEREAS: Mr. Kendall Hurse has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Kendall Hurse wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Kendall Hurse is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers: #75406 and #87398 be forgiven.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Kendall Hurse will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts: ##75406 and #87398.
