WHEREAS: Mr. Diaz has old vehicle tax accounts, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Diaz wants to pay these tax bills, and
WHEREAS: Mr. Diaz is asking for assistance with this account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for accounts numbers #892239, #63581, and #63920 be forgiven.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Edmanuel Diaz will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interests shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts #892239, #63581, and #63920.
