WHEREAS:  Atticus Bakery LLC, dba as Chabaso Bakery has been assessed at 100% against their property for Grand List 2019.

NOW THERFORE LET IT BE ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the taxes for account number 268537 be reduced to $25,137.10 and the interest on account number 268537 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Chabaso Bakery file their future exemption forms on time.
