ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS TO READ AND FILE THE COMMUNUCATION FROM THE CONTROLLER SUBMITTING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2/12/-24 OF THE CHARTER, THE TAX ASSESSMENT DEFERRAL, TAX ABATEMENT, AND PILOT REPORT FOR THE GRAND LIST YEAR 2018.

WHEREAS: on December 16, 2019 the Controller submitted in accordance with section 2/12/-24 of the Charter, the tax assessment deferral, tax abatement, and P.I.L.O.T. report for the grand list year 2018; and
WHEREAS: the Finance Committee of the New Haven Board of Alders held a public hearing on this report on February 10, 2020 at which the Controller and the Director of Management and Budget testified and answered questions about the report;
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordered by New Haven Board of Alders that the communication titled “From the Controller submitting, in accordance with section 2/12/-24 of the Charter, the tax assessment deferral, tax abatement, and P.I.LO.T. report or the grand list year 2018 be read and filed.
