ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF TROY MOORE ON HIS MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT NUMBERS 814586, 831024, 831023, 90227, AND 85235. 

Body

WHEREAS: Mr. Moore had vehicles from 2010 to 2016 and

WHEREAS: Mr. Moore states he no longer has these vehicles and

WHEREAS: Mr. Moore was incarcerated in 2016, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Moore is asking for assistance with these tax accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax and interest for account numbers 90227 and 85235 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the interest for account numbers 814586, 831024, and 831023, be forgiven and the tax amount on account number 814586 be reduced to $81.48.
