ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF RICHARD HAYES ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 72393, 73541, AND 43243

WHEREAS, Richard Hayes has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Richard Hayes has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Richard Hayes has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 72393, 73541, and 43243 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Richard Hayes will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 72393, 73541, and 43243.
