ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ELIZABETH SANTIAGO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 95875, 93732, 95892, 98079, and 98106.

WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago has five old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago has sold one of her cars, a 2016 Mazda, account number 95875, and
WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago still has a 2020 Mazda that has four outstanding tax accounts due, and
WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago has stated that she is too poor to pay, and
WHEREAS: Ms. Santiago is asking for assistance from the Board of Alders with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the taxes, interest, and fees for accounts number 95875, 93732, 95892, 98079, and 98106 be forgiven.
