ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MARIO ALVAREZ ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 51662, 80470, 51651, AND 51544

WHEREAS, Mario Alvarez has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Mario Alvarez has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Mario Alvarez has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 51662, 80470, 51651, and 51544 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Mario Alvarez will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 51662, 80470, 51651, and 51544.
