WHEREAS: Mr. Horton has an old car tax account for 2015, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Horton states that he was trying to buy this car, but the financing was denied but the dealer had already registered it in his name, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Horton had his current car towed for failure to pay old taxes, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Horton is asking for assistance from the Board of Alders.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that Mr. Horton be refunded $356.80.
