ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF IDA JONES ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 76055.

WHEREAS, Ida Jones has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Ida Jones has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Ida Jones has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 76055 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ida Jones will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 76055.
