ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JOSEPHINE GARCIA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 85409, 69672, AND 69621.

WHEREAS: Josephine Garcia has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Josephine Garcia has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Josephine Garcia has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 85409, 69672, and 69621 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Josephine Garcia will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 85409, 69672, and 69621.
