WHEREAS: Mr. Freddy Batista has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Freddy Batista wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Mr. Freddy Batista is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers: #54041, #54052, #742606, #775078, #690585, #6950586, #757223 and #790045 be forgiven.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Freddy Batista will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts: #54041, #54052, #742606, #775078, #690585, #6950586, #757223 and #790045.
