ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MATTHEW MCCLAIN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 82164

WHEREAS: Matthew McClain has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Matthew McClain wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Matthew McClain is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 82164be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Matthew McClain will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax account 82164.
