WHEREAS: Mr. Moore owns a house at 278 Bassett Street, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Moore has been receiving veterans’ medical disability deduction in error for many years, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Moore was charged an additional $816.61 due to this error made by the Assessor’s Office, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Moore is asking for assistance with this account.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that account number 21301 be reduced by $816.61.
