ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MISTY SMITH ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 98020, 94314, 98021, 100322, AND 100289

WHEREAS: Misty Smith has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Misty Smith wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Misty Smith is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 98020, 94314, 98021, 100322, and 100289 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Misty Smith will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 98020, 94314, 98021, 100322, and 100289.
