ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO EXECUTE THE MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH CLEVER IDM TO PROVIDE THE DISTRICT WITH IDENTITY MANAGEMENT AND MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION SERVICES FROM JULY 1, 2025, TO JUNE 30, 2028.

WHEREAS, the New Haven Board of Education (the “Board”) and Clever IDM (the “Vendor”) are the parties (collectively the “Parties”);
WHEREAS, the Parties reached an agreement for identity management and multi factor authentication with Clever IDM, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028 (the “Agreement”);
WHEREAS, the district staff submitted the Agreement with Clever IDM for services to the Board, which was approved at its July 14, 2025, Board of Education meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of New Haven requires the approval of the Board of Alders for multi-year professional services agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of Alders of the City of New Haven that the agreement with Clever IDM is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED by the Board of Alders of the City of New Haven that the president of the Board of Education or the mayor is authorized to execute the agreement as well as such additional instruments as may be deemed necessary or expedient to implement the terms of the agreement.
