WHEREAS: Jermaine Carmichael has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS: Jermaine Carmichael wants to pay these tax bills; and

 

WHEREAS: Jermaine Carmichael is asking for assistance with these accounts.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 82338 and 726003 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jermaine Carmichael will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 82338 and 726003.
