ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SOPHIA CROOKS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 61462, 61973, AND 83295

WHEREAS, Sophia Crooks has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Sophia Crooks has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Sophia Crooks has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 61462, 61973, and 83295 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Sophia Crooks will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 61462, 61973, and 83295.
