ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JELANI MAYNARD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 83310, 83258, AND 89270

WHEREAS: Jelani Maynard has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Jelani Maynard has been in the military for nine years; and
WHEREAS: Jelani Maynard was transferred into Connecticut from New York and was not aware of the state vehicle taxes, and
WHEREAS: Jelani Maynard is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the tax, interest, and fees for account numbers 83310, 83258, and 89270 be forgiven.
