ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CARLOS MCFARLIN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX 814080, 830421, 87290, AND 83817

WHEREAS, Carlos McFarlin has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Carlos McFarlin has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Carlos McFarlin has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 814080, 830421, 87290, and 83817 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Carlos McFarlin will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 814080, 830421, 87290, and 83817.
