ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JORDAN SHAVER ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 99346, 98817, AND 90750

WHEREAS, Jordan Shaver has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Jordan Shaver has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Jordan Shaver has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 99346, 98817, and 90750 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jordan Shaver will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 99346, 98817, and 90750.
