WHEREAS: Ms. Watts-Gaines has a car registered in New Haven, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Watts-Gaines car was towed for taxes on 4/29/19, and

WHEREAS: When Ms. Watts-Gaines went to pay the taxes she found that when she paid the taxes online the payment had been credited to an old car account she didn’t know of, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Watts-Gaines found that she also had to pay an additional $50.00 administrative fee in addition to the tow fee of $105.00, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Watts-Gaines is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that $261.54 be credited to her account number 96505.
