ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MICHAEL MASSEY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 81783, 81802, AND 699664

WHEREAS, Michael Massey has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Michael Massey has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Michael Massey has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 81783, 81802, and 699664 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Michael Massey will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 81783, 81802, and 699664.
