ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JOCELIN S. VALENCIA-CASTRO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 0092005 AND 0093502

WHEREAS, Jocelin S. Valencia-Castro has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Jocelin S. Valencia-Castro has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Jocelin S. Valencia-Castro has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 0092005 and 0093502 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jocelin S. Valencia-Castro will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 0092005 and 0093502.
