WHEREAS, Vanesa Santiago has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Vanesa Santiago has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Vanessa Santiago has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account number 737394 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Vanesa Santiago will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account number 737394.
