WHEREAS: Mr. Serrano has two old vehicle accounts from 2005 and 2006, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Serrano had his current car towed for taxes and he had to pay all of the taxes that he owed, and

WHEREAS: He is currently unemployed and is too poor to pay, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Serrano is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest he paid in the amount of $1,022.36 be refunded.
