ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CHANTAL PETTIGREW ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 89432, 89256, 91263, and 91207

WHEREAS, Chantal Pettigrew has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Chantal Pettigrew has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Chantal Pettigrew has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 89432, 89256, 91263, and 91207 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Chantal Pettigrew will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 89432, 89256, 91263, and 91207.
