ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MICHAEL WISE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 108686, 93552, 105711, 10579, AND 108430

WHEREAS, Michael Wise has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Michael Wise has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Michael Wise has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 108686, 93552, 105711, 10579, and 108430 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Michael Wise will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 108686, 93552, 105711, 10579, and 108430.
