RESOLUTION OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS ELECTING ALDER FRANK E. DOUGLASS, JR. AS THE BOARD OF ALDERS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Alder Frank E. Douglass, Jr. be and hereby is declared elected as the Board of Alders representative to the Emergency Management Advisory Council for the ensuing years of 2026 and 2027 and until a successor is duly elected and has qualified.
