ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF LORRAINE OUTLAW ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 87695, 88834, 89116, 89346, AND 89415.

WHEREAS, Lorraine Outlaw has an outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Lorraine Outlaw has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Lorraine Outlaw has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 87695, 88834, 89116, 89346, and 89415 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Dion I. Boyd will pay the outstanding taxes and fees, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 87695, 88834, 89116, 89346, and 89415.
