WHEREAS: Mary Britton has two old motor vehicle tax accounts from GL 2022 and 2023; and
WHEREAS: Mary Britton is an 82-year-old resident of New Haven; and
WHEREAS: Desirie Brown has been appointed Conservator of her mother, Mary Britton; and
WHEREAS: Ms. Brown is asking for assistance from the Board of Alders with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the taxes, interest and fees on accounts number 56123 and 56119 be forgiven.
