ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DAYNA RIVERA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 901437

WHEREAS, Dayna Rivera has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Dayna Rivera has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Dayna Rivera has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 901437 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Dayna Rivera will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 901437.
