ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ASHLEY GREGO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 86340, 71877, 71878, AND 72172

WHEREAS, Ashley Grego has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Ashley Grego has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Ashley Grego has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 86340, 71877, 71878, and 72172 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ashley Grego will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 86340, 71877, 71878, and 72172.
