NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Alder Tyisha Walker-Myers be and hereby is declared elected as a Board of Alders representative to the Litigation Settlement Committee for the ensuing years of 2026 and 2027 and until a successor is duly elected and has qualified.
