ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JASON TOMLING JR., ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 95300 AND 95359

WHEREAS, Jason Tomling Jr. has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Jason Tomling Jr. has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Jason Tomling Jr. has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 95300 and 95359 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jason Tomling Jr. will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 95300 and 95359.
