ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF LATRICE BLACK ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 81419, 81420, 81421, 55046, 55047, 55077, AND 55078

WHEREAS, Latrice Black has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Latrice Black has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Latrice Black has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 81419, 81420, 81421, 55046, 55047, 55077, and 55078 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Latrice Black will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 81419, 81420, 81421, 55046, 55047, 55077, and 55078.
