ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DARLENE LAWRENCE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 79577, 79467, 110852, 78387, 79576, 78386, AND 88515

WHEREAS, Darlene Lawrence has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Darlene Lawrence has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Darlene Lawrence has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 79577, 79467, 110852, 78387, 79576, 78386, and 88515 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Darlene Lawrence will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 79577, 79467, 110852, 78387, 79576, 78386, and 88515.
