ORDER OF THE BOARD OF ALDERS OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION AGREEMENT WITH FRONTLINE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, LLC. FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2024.

WHEREAS, the New Haven Board of Education (the “Board”) and Frontline Technologies Group, LLC. (the “Contractor”) are the parties (collectively the “Parties”) to that certain  agreement entitled Agreement Between the New Haven Board of Education and Frontline Technologies Group, LLC., October 1, 2020 - June 30, 2024 (the “2020-2024 Agreement”); and

 

WHEREAS, the Agreement expires by its terms on June 30, 2024; and

 

WHEREAS, the Parties, over the course of several rounds of negotiation, secured a new Agreement that is considered fiscally responsible; and

 

WHEREAS, the Board’s finance and human resources team submitted the Agreement to the Board, which approved the 2020-2024 Agreement at its September 28, 2020 meeting; and

 

WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of New Haven requires the approval of the Board of Alders for contracts in excess of one-year.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Alders of the City of New Haven that the 2020-2024 Agreement is hereby approved.

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the President of the Board of Education or the Mayor is authorized to execute the 2020-2024 Agreement.
