WHEREAS, Ruth Santiago has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

 

WHEREAS, Ruth Santiago has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Ruth Santiago has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 737388 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ruth Santiago will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 737388.
