ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF OSHKOSH GARVIN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 69042, 69867 AND 69922

WHEREAS, Oshkosh Garvin has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Oshkosh Garvin has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Oshkosh Garvin has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 69042, 69867 and 69922 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Oshkosh Garvin will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 69042, 69867 and 69922.
